JOURNEY RESOURCES CORPORATION - PRIVATE PLACEMENT - $1,200,000 (AT) $0.30 PER UNIT

VANCOUVER, Dec. 23 /CNW/ - The Company is pleased to announce that it has arranged a private placement subject to regulatory approval. The private placement is for 4,000,000 Units at $0.30 per unit for total proceeds of $1,200,000. Each unit consists of one share and one share purchase warrant exercisable to purchase one additional share at $0.38 per share for two years. The unit shares will be subject to a hold period of four months from the date of closing.
